Carrie was born and raised in the Edmonton and Sherwood Park area.  She received three degrees at the University of Alberta and has had fulfilling careers both as a Teacher and a Human Resource and Health and Safety Manager.  In 2008 Carrie took a step back from the busy business world when her and her husband Brian began their family.  With her two boys entering the school system, she was thrilled to return to the workforce by turning her love of travel into a profession.

Although Carrie has always considered Edmonton her ‘home base’, she has travelled to England, Italy, Germany, the former U.S.S.R., Finland, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Thailand, the Bahamas, Mexico and various destinations within Canada and the United States.  She considers herself very lucky to have attended school in France and Australia as well as working for three years in Japan.  Everything Disney holds a special place in her heart but she believes that exploring anywhere in the world adds a richness and happiness to life that everyone should experience.
